Presently the Group’s property development is undertaken by two subsidiaries namely TRC Development Sdn Bhd and TRC Land Sdn Bhd.

TRC Development Sdn Bhd
TRC Development Sdn Bhd (TRCD) was established in 1995 with core business in property development to synergise with the Group’s construction operations. The first project of TRCD was the development of residential and commercial shop houses on a piece of land measuring 12.5 ha, with a gross development value of more than RM30 million, in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan.

In early 2005, TRCD completed 120 units of residential houses at Andaman Ukay, Ulu Klang, Selangor with a gross development value of approximately RM59 million.

TRC Land Sdn Bhd
The Company was incorporated in 1997 under the name Andaman Budi Sdn Bhd. It was initially an associated company of Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) but later became its wholly  owned subsidiary when TRC acquired the remaining shares in 2005. The Company subsequently changed its name to TRC Land Sdn Bhd in July 2005.

In 1999 the Company ventured into property development in the State of Johor. Its first project in Johor was a joint venture with Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd to develop an integrated township  in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.

Going forward, the Group’s property division is planning to develop some residential properties on a piece of land measuring 8.6 acres in Ulu Klang in early 2009. The gross development value is expected to be around RM50 Million. Apart from this development, the Group is also prospecting for land, particularly in Klang Valley to boast the activities in this division.
