Pandemik Covid-19 banyak mengubah cara kita berkerja termasuklah kebiasaan makan bersama yang dulu menjadi rutin. Melalui sesi ini, kita Kembali membuka ruang untuk berinteraksi, mengenali rakan sekerja dengan lebih dekat dan mengukuhkan hubungan kerja merentasi jabatan.
Sebagai selingan, turut diadakan penyampaian hadiah bagi Active @ Work Challenge, program Kesihatan anjuran PERKESO yang berlangsung selama tiga bulan (Julai, Ogos & September 2025). Cabaran ini mengalakkan warga kerja untuk lebih aktif dengan merekod jumlah Langkah harian, sambil memupuk gaya hidup sihat, semangat berpasukan dan motivasi diri. Tahniah kepada semua peserta dan pemenang yang menunjukkan komitmen tinggi sepanjang cabaran ini.

Pengiktirafan ini diberikan atas komitmen serta sumbangan luar biasa beliau dalam memperkukuh pelaksanaan WBL dan merapatkan hubungan strategik antara industri dan institusi pendidikan.
Keberkesanan pendekatan ini turut dibuktikan apabila seorang kakitangan TRC, yang juga alumni Politeknik Ungku Omar telah dijemput bagi berkongsi pengalaman beliau dalam rancangan Apa Khabar Malaysia terbitan Bernama TV. Perkongsian tersebut menjadi bukti bahawa WBL mampu melahirkan bakat berkualiti yang bersedia menyumbang kepada pembangunan industri.
Kejayaan ini membuktikan bahawa WBL bukan sekadar kaedah pembelajaran, tetapi pintu ke arah masa depan cemerlang, di samping berpotensi menjadi pemangkin kepada syarikat lain untuk mengadaptasi model yang sama demi kemajuan industri pembinaan negara.

Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) menerima kunjungan pelajar daripada Kelab Concrete Society Malaysia Student Chapter, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) dalam satu sesi lawatan tapak pembinaan di Perla Ara Sentral.
Seramai 30 pelajar dan seorang pensyarah pengiring telah diberi pendedahan secara langsung berkaitan kerja asas, struktur dan pengurusan tapak. Pengalaman ini menjadi jambatan yang menghubungkan ilmu di bilik kuliah dengan realiti sebenar industri pembinaan.
TRC terus komited dalam menyokong pembangunan bakat muda — kerana masa depan kejuruteraan bermula hari ini.

The Pan Borneo Highway, spanning approximately 2,800 kilometers, serves as Malaysia’s most substantial road project. A big congratulation to MRT2 SSP Package DPT201, Serdang Depot project team for winning The BEST PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM AWARD (Public Sector Funded Project) at the Asset and Project Management Conference (APMC 2023) here at Eastin Hotel, Petaling Jaya Selangor.
The event was organized by the Malaysian Asset and Project Management Association (MAPMA) jointly with the Public Works Department (PWD) themed Transformation of Maintenance Culture Towards Sustainability of Assets in conjunction with Global Maintenance Day (GMD).
APMC 2023 aims to focus on project leaders and teams delivering superior results with exemplary project management principles in a professional setting, networking, and knowledge sharing.
The award was given by YB. Dato’ Sri Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Mohamad, Deputy Minister of Works, to YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Sufri Bin Haji Mohd Zin, Group Managing Director as the representative of the project team.

MAJLIS PENYERAHAN KUNCI PERUMAHAN PENJAWAT AWAM MALAYSIA (PPAM) MADANI DALUR

Projek Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) Madani Dalur yang sudah siap dibina oleh TRC Land Sdn Bhd sebagai kontraktor utama telah dirasmikan oleh Perdana Menteri, YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Bin Ibrahim pada 1 Jun 2023 yang lalu. Untuk makluman umum, TRC Land Sdn Bhd merupakan salah satu anak syarikat TRC Synergy Berhad yang bergiat aktif didalam industri perumahan dan kormesial.
Majlis Penyerahan Kunci yang bertempat di Dewan Madani Dalur turut dihadiri oleh YB. Tuan Nga Kor Ming, Menteri Pembangunan dan Kerajaan Tempatan; YBhg. Tan Sri Dato Seri Mohd Zuki Bin Ali, Ketua Setiausaha Negara; YBhg. Datuk Dr. Zulkapli Mohamed, Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam; YBhg. Objektif projek pembangunan PPAM Madani ini adalah untuk menyediakan perumahan mampu milik bagi kategori kos serdahana rendah di Wilayah Persekutuan selaras dengan usaha Kerajaan dalam membantu golongan sasar untuk memilik rumah kediaman yang selesa dengan persekitaran yang selamat.
Pembangunan PPAM Madani Dalur mempunyai sejumlah 500unit kediaman dengan berkeluasan 1,000 dan 1,200 kaki persegi. Ia juga dilengkapi dengan kemudahan fasiliti seperti surau, sudut bacaan Al-Quran, dewan sebaguna, tadika, taska ruang niaga, ruangan beriadah, taman permainan kanak-kanak, dan tempat letak kereta berbumbung bagi memastikan persekitaran hidup yang lebih kondusif dan berkualiti.
MAJLIS PELANCARAN MRT LALUAN PUTRAJAYA FASA 2

Laluan kedua dalam rangkaian MRT Putrajaya kini dibuka kepada orang ramai mulai hari ini. Jajaran baru ini adalah sepanjang 57.7km dengan 36 stesen bermula dari Stesen Kwasa Damansara hingga ke Stesen Putrajaya Sentral.
Laluan ini dibuka secara rasmi oleh YAB Perdana Menteri Dato Sri Anwar Ibrahim, diringi oleh YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Bin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor, YB Anthony Loke Menteri Pengangkutan, YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail Menteri Dalam Negeri, YB Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing Menteri Pelancongan di Depoh MRT Serdang.
Turut hadir adalah semua pihak yang terlibat dengan pembinaan projek MRT line Putrajaya fasa 2 serta barisan tertinggi Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) selaku kontraktor bagi pakej MRT V205, S208 dan Depoh Serdang.
Untuk Pengetahuan umum, TRC telah berjaya menyiapkan Depoh Serdang dan pakej MRT mengikut spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Jesteru itu, kami amat berbangga dengan pencapaian ini sekaligus berbesar hati kerana dapat bersama-sama mencipta sejarah dalam sektor pengangkutan rel kereta api di negara ini.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY VACINATION PROGRAM (CIVac) – TRANS RESOURCES CORPORATION SDN BHD

The Construction Industry Vaccination Program (CIVac) is an effort by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia led by the Ministry of Works, to accelerate the vaccination uptake among the construction workforce to expedite the attainment of herd immunity among the community and reduce the number of COVID-19 workplace clusters. This would protect the well-being of employees and consequently help expedite Malaysia’s economic recovery.
TRC is among the first batch under this program. A total of 1578 comprises employees and workers have been registered and scheduled by the My Sejahtera application. The CIVac Initiative Program was held at the CIDB Convention Centre, whereby the first phase of registration is open up to 40,000 pax on a first-come-first-served basis.
We would like to thank our Group Managing Director (GMD) Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Sufri and the Management for the effort in taking care of the employees’ welfare. We are truly blessed to be part of the program as it is one of the ongoing measures in protecting our worker’s welfare and workplace as we strive to continue our existing project. We hope with these initiatives, the construction industry will resume its operation without compromising the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) imposed by the government.

TRC COVID-19 RTK ANTIGEN ON-SITE SCREENING TEST

During this challenging operating period arising from the pandemic, the safety and health of the employees is always TRC’s utmost priority. Establishing policies and adhering to the SOPs, implementing detailed monitoring of employees, conducting frequent mass screening tests of Antigen Rapid Test Kit (RTK-Ag) to all TRC project sites and headquarter are several initiatives taken by the TRC Management in preventing the transmission of Covid-19 at the workplace.
As nearly 30 percent of the total Covid-19 cases reported over the past two months were the clusters at workplaces particularly construction sites as reported by the Ministry of Health recently. Ultimately this screening initiative gives comfort to us to know employees’ current health state, enable them in order for them to remain productive and efficient in performing their work duties.

V205 MRT PROJECT – SHE CAMPAIGN 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the biggest challenges that society and businesses have faced for this year. Overcoming this challenge will be possible only if we work together to stop the spread of this disease and provide a safe and healthy working environment at our workplace.
V205 site project has taken a precautionary measure in ensuring the safety and wellness of their staff and general workers by organizing a Safety Health & Environmental (SHE) Campaign to create awareness and inculcate the new norms at a workplace in order to break the transmission of COVID-19.
A COVID-19 essential kit that consists of pocket-size hand sanitizer, two pieces of face masks and a mask keeper was distributed among the staff and general workers as a token of appreciation from the Project Management Team.
WBL PROGRAM WITH POLITEKNIK UNGKU OMAR

Induction session for Work Based Learning (WBL) Program in collaboration with Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO) – Cohort 6 that comprises of six (6) Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology students was held on 2nd – 4th November 2020 at TRC Headquarter. The duration of internship program is nine (9) months, starting from 2nd November until 17th July 2021.
On behalf of the Management, we would like to welcome all PUO WBL students. We hope they will continue learning and gain fruitful internship experience in real working environment that will be valuable in the future. We wish them all the best and we hope that they will fully enjoy their experience here with TRC.

Environmental Awareness Campaign 2020 MRT Putrajaya Route, Collaboration with Mardi Green Campus. This campaign is collaboration between MMC Gamuda and Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) supported by TRC as one of the Work Package Contractor (WPC) for MRT Putrajaya Route project. It is one of the initiatives in planting trees within the area of development infrastructure project. Besides, it was also one of the company’s efforts to preserve and conserve the environment and drive towards practicing environmental sustainability. In line with the concept of sustainability, implements the current needs without affecting the future.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) CAMPAIGN AT 8MD3 PROJECT

8MD3 Project had organised HSE Campaign 1.0 to celebrate the achievement of 200,000 safe man hours and to promote HSE culture besides fulfilling a contractual condition. This accomplishment was an enormous effort in obtaining excellent safety results considering the challenging environment in which the site operates.
In conjunction with the HSE Campaign, Yayasan TRC (YTRC) held a Blood Donation Drive during the event. The campaign was attended by TRC Chief Operating Officer, Dato’ Richard Khoo Teng San, TRC Management team, representatives from each project site, TRC HQ staff as well as Putrajaya Holdings Sdn. Bhd (PJH) staff. The organiser aimed to collect 50 blood transfusion bags and we successfully collected 53 bags! Blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give to another person. A decision to donate your blood can save a life. Thank you for being our HERO!
PUTRAJAYA OXYGENATION BOAT RACE

TRC was invited by our client, Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (PJH) to participate in the Putrajaya Oxygenation Boat Race (POBR) 2019. This event aimed to strengthen the relationship among the stakeholders. Within less than a month of training, the Ladies’ Team a.k.a the Pinky Boat managed to get through the semi-final and won third place in that round. Although it was our first engagement, with strong will and fighting spirit in each of us we came to realise that TRC BOLEH! Teamwork and effort are the key to success. Some moments in life are so delightful and precious that they should never come to an end.

TRC nailed it again! TRC won the Best Major Project – Infrastructure Category for the KVMRT SBK Line Project (Sungai Buloh Maintenance Depot, Admin Building External & Associated Works). This achievement is one of the most prestigious awards in construction industry in Malaysia – Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Award (MCIEA) 2019. This award recognises the industry players who have succeeded in excelling in the national construction industry. The harder you work for something, the greater your feel when you achieve it. MOUNT KINABALU EXPEDITION

2019 is a year that is full of surprises. Never came across our mind that our beloved Tan Sri Sufri’s has a desire to climb up the Mount Kinabalu. Everyone realized that it’s a big challenge for the team to conquer the peak of Mount Kinabalu and this event was initiated in conjunction with TRC 35 years anniversary. For Tan Sri, nothing is impossible. He had motivated the whole team and become a role model for everyone that nothing can stand in your way as long as you put your mind to it. In less than six months of training accompanied with strong, supportive and dedicated team players, TRC team managed to conquer Mount Kinabalu. Symbolically, the keys to the any success are hard work and good teamwork. Therefore, this event became the highlight of our 35 years of anniversary celebration.
MRT LINE 2: PACKAGE V205 QSHE CAMPAIGN 3.0

“SAFETY WORKS WHEN PEOPLE WORK TOGETHER” was the chosen slogan for V205 Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment Campaign 3.0. Congratulation to all V205 Project Team, especially to V205 Safety Team for the achievement of 1.5 million safe man-hours without Loss Time Injury. The event was inaugurated by YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Sufri Bin Hj. Mhd Zin. This campaign was held to promote awareness and practice of safety culture at workplace. During the event, token of appreciation was given to each of representative from the relevant authorities to value their cooperation towards the completion of the project.
