Hospitality business by TRC Synergy Berhad is housed under its wholly owned subsidiary, Swan Synergy Unit Trust in developing Element Melbourne Richmond. Element Melbourne Richmond is the Group’s brand-new hotel situated off bustling Swan Street and forms part of Botanicca Corporate Park.
The hotel is the first-of-its-kind Element by Westin in Australia and is operated by the renowned Marriott International. State-of-the-art facilities are positioned over five levels and include 168 guest rooms, five of which are deluxe balcony king rooms, a fully-equipped gym, and four modern meeting spaces spanning a total of 256m².
Sustainability is at the heart of the hotel’s contemporary interior design as well as its amenities with the in-house restaurant and alfresco laneway dining providing seasonal local produce through a signature menu.
