TRC Synergy Berhad (“TRCS” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TRC International Pte. Ltd. (Registration Number: LL04510) (“TRCI”) has been dissolved. 

TRCI was incorporated in 2004 in Labuan under the Labuan Offshore Companies Act 1990. TRCI has been dormant since inception.

The dissolution of TRCI will not have any effect on the TRCS’s issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding. There shall be no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the TRCS.
