The Board of Directors of TRCS wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 February 2022 merged the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee into one single committee to be known as Nominating and Remuneration Committee comprising the following members:

i) Dato’ Ir. Abdullah Bin Abd Rahman (Chairman)

ii) Dato’ Sr. Abdull Manaf Bin Hj Hashim

iii) Cik Fadzilah Binti Mohd Salleh
