Our announcement dated 04 December 2020 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. AljeffriDean PLT as Auditors of TRC Synergy Berhad (“TRCS” or “the Company”) for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 is referred.

The Board of Directors of TRCS (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had approved the Audit Committee’s recommendation to appoint Messrs. Mazars PLT as the new auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.

The appointment is subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Messrs Mazars PLT pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
