Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated on 20th September 2024 pertaining to the Resignation of External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of TRCS wishes to announce that Messrs SBY Partners PLT, having given their Consent to Act as auditors of the Company in accordance with Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, hereby appointed as the External Auditors of the Company and its group of companies for the financial year ending 31st December 2024 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
