The Board of Directors of TRC Synergy Berhad wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting.

A Statement in relation thereto setting out the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
